About Cafe Xenos
Cafe Xenos is a project working for the integration and internationalization of immigrants and companies in our area. The project aim is to become a piece in the puzzle of both process and to create an active environment for immigrants and companies to get to know and interact with each other.
There is a growing wish for internationalization in many local companies, but unfortunately this process can be difficult and normally requires an investment in international resources and tools that can be hard for small and local companies to reach.
At the same time, lots of knowledge and international skills are in hand of many of the immigrants who already live in the same area. Unfortunately they are not in use and have become a big waste of potential and resources for local businesses.
Café Xenos will locate and identify these tools and needs to create the connection between them.
When the connection is made, the goal will be to create a better environment around immigrants and business units. Companies will improve their perception of immigrants, seeing them as a resource for their internationalization.
Simultaneously, many qualified and skilled immigrants that have nott succeed yet to show their skills, will improve their own integration process perception as they have the chance to use their knowledges to help the community to improve.
